Triumvirate

Three phenomenal dancers fluctuate between fixed, algorithmic movement patterns and free flowing moments of discovery and interplay. The inner structures that govern their movements and communication are both in formation and dissolution, evolving and devolving. Triumvirate is a physical exploration of both our longing for freedom and dependency on systems. In this pulsing, hypnotic performance, choreographer/composer Amos Ben-Tal and his dance collective OFFprojects present a captivating work of pure dance. Ben-Tal’s original soundtrack also moves between extremes: from thundering synths to delicate guitar melodies. In Triumvirate, OFFprojects sweeps us away on a search for organic intelligence.
