Stichting Off Projects stelt zich tot doel het inspireren van mensen op lokaal, nationaal en internationaal niveau. De middelen om dit doel te bewerkstelligen zijn; het creëren en realiseren van voorstellingen, het organiseren van events, het aanbieden van multidisciplinaire educatieve activiteiten op het gebied van kunst in de breedste zin des woords, Off Projects wil een platform bieden aan (podium) kunstenaars, waarbij kunstenaars worden aangemoedigd hun artisticiteit te delen door deel te nemen aan Off Projects activiteiten.
